I first met Kassie in 2022 at another wedding I was doing video at for a co-worker of hers so when she reached out to ask if I was available for their wedding day I of course said yes!

The day started with getting ready at a house nearby before we all travelled to the venue for their first look. Getting to work alongside Teresa Bicchieri Photo all day was such a treat. Not only is she an amazing photographer but she’s a gem of a human being too!

And speaking of gem’s, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how adorable Kassie & Sam are. When I was recording their vows separately with them it was so cute to hear how similar the vows were about things that were important to them about each other and also how they remember meeting the exact same way.

They also had the perfect weather for their ceremony as the sun was setting just off to the side behind the mountains giving them the most beautiful glow. Once the sun fully set the temperature did drop though but thankfully they’d thought ahead by supplying blankets and a huge fire that kept everyone toasty warm until the dancefloor opened and then everyone stayed warm by dancing the night away!
