Kayla and Tanner chose to have their wedding at the beautiful Stillybrook Farm just outside Arlington, Washington. About an hour north of Seattle, its set in amongst beautiful fields with 360 degree views of mountains. It’s pretty much perfect. With indoor and outdoor seating it can be set up for any event but Kayla and Tanner opted for indoor as the end of September in Washington can honestly go either way weather wise!

We started their wedding day with some getting ready photos in their separate areas with their wedding parties before I snuck Kayla and Tanner away for a first look. I utilized the beautiful gazebo in the middle of the gardens as the spot for their first look and then after they’d seen each other we went on a walk of the property getting some couples portraits. Thanks to the first look we were able to do all their family and wedding party photos before the ceremony which was nice.

The ceremony itself took place in the beautiful, cathedral ceiling’d barn and everything went off without a hitch. There was laughter, there was tears, there was an I DO and then there was kissing. After the ceremony Kayla and Tanner went straight into mingling with all their friends and family who’d come out to see them. Dinner was a delicious BBQ by local caterer Buzz Inn and then of course there was cake but not only cake, cupcakes too!

Before the dancing started I grabbed the couple to get some more couple portraits before the light disappeared and then let them get to dancing and boy did this group like to dance!
