While I do have some favorite spots and go to’s for engagement sessions, it’s not often that I go to them back to back but that’s what happened last Fall with Point Defiance Park. One night I was there for Adam & Tony’s engagement session and the next night I was there for Pacifica and Evan’s engagement session.
What was even wilder was the complete difference in weather between the two evenings. For Adam & Tony it was cloudy and windy, for Pacifica & Evan it was sunny and we were treated to a stunning fiery sunset. Which was especially fitting given Pacifica’s gorgeous red hair and the fact Evan is a firefighter!
Also, these two did not come to play, they came to slay. I don’t think I’ve ever had such an effortlessly stylish couple show up to their engagement session looking like they’re ready to walk a runway. Fierce doesn’t begin to cover it!
Thankfully their outfits were also practical as we ended up having to trek quite a distance to get to the viewpoint for the sunset thanks to the parks 5 Mile Drive being close for construction. But it was worth the small hike because the sunset really came through for us!
I’m so excited for these two’s intimate wedding out in Leavenworth in the snow, I can’t wait to see what they wear!
If you are still looking for a wedding photographer I have limited spots left for 2022 so make sure to get in touch soon! Head over to my contact page for all the information you need.
