I'm not an early riser, in any way shape or form. If I could sleep until noon everyday I absolutely would. But I also go where the light takes me, and for Franklin Falls that means sunrise. Thankfully Veronica & Jay were good sports and willing to meet up there at 5:30am to hike into the falls for sunrise.

Once we'd make our way in, in pitch black no less, the two of them got changed into their "fancy" outfit, doesn't Veronica look stunning in that red dress? After getting some great shots of them all done up, we switched to a more casual look and jumped across the river to mix things up a bit.

Before we knew it it was time to drive back to Seattle, stopping along the way for coffee of course!
