When Tyler and Elyse initially told me the name of their venue, I thought it was a family relations home. I mean that’s the way the name makes it sound, right? Turns out it was not in fact any relation at all but the most gorgeous venue in Washington.
I started the day with Tyler & Elyse getting ready before heading into their first look. They’d written each other love letters and a few tears were shed reading them. Once the eyes were dry we called over the wedding parties for some photos before it was ceremony time!
The wedding ceremony location for the Brown Family Homestead needs to be seen to be believed how pretty it is. Set just up the hill you can see mountains and green and forest in every direction. But Tyler & Elyse only had eyes for each other the entire ceremony.
Once the wedding ceremony was done we jumped into family photos before a bubble entrance introduced the brand new couple! Dinner was a buffet of BBQ and once the cake was cut it was time for some dancing! Tyler & Elyse had the sweetest first dance, just gazing into each others eyes the whole time. Once the parent dances were done they opened the dance floor and boy did this crew know how to rock a dance floor!
After they’d danced for a bit I grabbed the happy bride & groom for some sunset photos and couples portraits before letting them head back to shred up the dance floor some more. All in all it was such a beautiful day, at the most beautiful location.
