One year ago I brought home my first ever dog. Yes he was Tim’s also but he was the first dog I’d ever had that was mine. I was so happy. I didn’t think my heart could contain my love for him. Which is why it hurt all the more less than two months later when it broke.

So long sunshine

been in Spain for the past 8 days. First was 4 days in Barcelona and then 4 days in Alicante. Barcelona was the "do things" part and Alicante was the "do nothing" part and they both fulfilled their tasks dutifully. Now I have to leave 80 degree sunsoaked weather tomorrow to head back to 60 and rainy weather in Seattle.

I got my start in photography doing family photos, and I still enjoy doing them. But my main passion going into 2017 is weddings. I was terrified of them initially but after wetting my feet last year I am completely hooked! I also enjoy the odd head shot now and again.

Originally a resident of Glasgow, Scotland I spent a year living in Vancouver, B.C. before moving to Seattle. I've now lived here for just over two years. While growing up I always wanted to live in "the big country" that was America but it wasn't until I met my husband that it became a reality.
