Leo & Ruby turn ONE! // Seattle Family Photography

It seems crazy that just over a year ago I was doing maternity photos for my good friends Jesse and Angela, then just two short weeks after the babies arrived! They were born a month premature (not uncommon for twins) but without complications and after spending a month in the hospital growing strong (thanks science!) they went home to start their lives with their parents.

It's now a year later and they just celebrated their first birthday as two healthy growing little bundles of joy. On Friday I met up with Jesse, Angela, Leo and Ruby at our local park for a fun, sun filled session celebrating a beautiful family. I find joy in all my sessions but this was definitely one of my favourite ever, it's been such a pleasure and an honor to bear witness to so many momentous occasions for this family and to get to capture them as keep sakes for eternity.
