Best of 2016: Lifestyle
Although 2016 was the year I decided to get serious about weddings, I didn't let that get in the way of doing my usual portrait work. I branched out a bit from just doing families and I did a couple engagement shoot, a couple boudoir and while I had my studio I did some business head shots too.
Studio? You had a studio? I did for a few months, and while I enjoyed it I didn't feel like it fit with my photography style. I prefer shooting outdoors for the freedom of movement it allows and although it can be difficult to shoot in the winter months in Washington, I still prefer wet and windy to rigid poses.
